Agencies comparing tiers often miss two things: Starter stops at 3 sub-accounts, and GoHighLevel’s own FAQ says telecom and AI usage are billed separately from the subscription. Unlimited rebills phone/email at cost. Agency Pro adds markup and SaaS Mode. We have not run a paid agency account for this page.

Usage sits beside the plan
GoHighLevel’s own FAQ asks “Are there any hidden fees?” and answers: the subscription covers platform features, and there are usage-based costs for telecommunications and AI. Unlimited and Pro can rebill those costs to clients. Only Pro is described as adding markup.
